By accessing and using the DigiEmpathy Hub website ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

DigiEmpathy Hub is an educational platform developed as part of an Erasmus+ KA220 Cooperation Partnership in School Education. The Platform provides digital resources, video content, and tools designed to support empathy education in school settings across Europe.

3. Permitted Use

The Platform and its content are intended for educational purposes. You may:

• – Access and view materials for personal, non-commercial educational use
• – Share links to the Platform with colleagues, students, and educators
• – Use the materials in classroom settings in accordance with the project's educational objectives

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• – Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Platform's content without written permission
• – Modify or create derivative works from the content without authorisation
• – Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• – Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, videos, graphics, and logos — is the property of the DigiEmpathy Hub project partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The project has been co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Views and opinions expressed are those of the authors only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or the National Agency.

7. External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

8. Teacher Forum

Anyone can read the teacher forum ("Connect"). To post you need a free account, and you must be an adult working in or training for education. By posting you agree to these rules:

• – Be respectful. No insults, harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
• – Stay on topic: empathy education, the activities on this Platform and teaching practice.
• – Protect students. Do not post names, photos, or any other details that could identify a student or their family.
• – Post only content you have the right to share. No advertising, spam or unrelated links.
• – You are responsible for what you post. Opinions in the forum are those of their authors, not of the DigiEmpathy partners or the European Union.

Moderators may hide posts, close discussions, and block accounts that break these rules. You can report a post with the "Report" link under it. To have your account and posts deleted, write to digiempathy@gmail.com.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
